Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund before September 15, 2026, for any reason.
If your order was placed on or after September 15, 2026, or has already received a tracking number, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request immediately and try to resolve it before the order leaves our facility.
Returns After Delivery
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Before returning an item, contact us with your order number and wait for return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We are currently in a limited pre-order phase, with only 300 units available.
All pre-orders will be shipped between October 1 and October 3, 2026 and include free shipping.
Once the pre-order phase ends in October, all new orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping fees for regular orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 4–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 1–2 business days
- Australia: 7–10 business days
If your package is taking unusually long, the tracking status has not changed for several days, or no tracking information is available, contact us at support@coldgrown.com and include your order number. We will investigate the shipment and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
PRE-ORDER
Everything You Need to Know
Every keycap set is handcrafted from start to finish by a single maker.
These are not standard keycaps with printed artwork. Each set consists of three individually engineered keycaps, and every keycap is assembled from multiple separate components. Every piece is individually printed, polished, painted, inspected, and assembled by hand.
Inside each keycap is a custom light-guiding structure designed to channel your keyboard's RGB lighting through the entire sculpture, creating the unique glowing effect that defines these keycaps.
Because of this complex construction, many defects only become visible during the final assembly and testing stage. A tiny imperfection in printing, polishing, painting, or part alignment can result in inconsistent lighting or assembly issues, requiring hours of work to be discarded and rebuilt.
Every set is carefully tested before it leaves the workshop to ensure it meets the expected quality standard.
As every step is completed by one person, the process is naturally time-intensive and requires complete focus. Maintaining quality is more important than rushing production, which is why these keycaps are offered through a limited pre-order instead of mass production.
